Medically Supervised
Weight Loss Injections in Brooklyn, NY
A weekly prescription programme with a licensed provider behind it. $250 a shot, or six for $1,000.
How It Works
A prescription, not a product.
This is a medical programme. It begins with an in-person consultation covering your health history, current medications, weight history and what you have already tried. Only after that assessment can a provider decide whether a prescription is appropriate for you.
Nobody is prescribed anything on a first phone call, and we cannot tell you in advance whether you are a candidate. If you are not, we will say so and talk about what else might help.
Injections are weekly and are given here, so your response, tolerance and side effects are reviewed by the same provider each time rather than left to you to manage alone.
What the programme includes
- An in-person medical assessment before anything is prescribed
- Weekly appointments with review of how you are tolerating it
- Weight and measurement tracking so progress is measured, not guessed
- Practical guidance on protein, hydration and managing side effects
- A frank conversation about stopping, if it is not working or not tolerated
Results vary from person to person, and no outcome can be promised. Weight-loss medication works alongside changes to food and activity — not instead of them.

The six-shot programme works out at about $167 a week. It is only sold after the initial assessment, never before — and it is not a commitment to continue if the medication does not suit you.

The Process
How it runs
Assessment
Full history, current medications and measurements. This is where it is decided whether a prescription is suitable at all.
Weekly visits
The injection takes minutes. The review around it — how you are eating, sleeping and tolerating it — is the part that matters.
Review points
We look at the data at set intervals and decide together whether to continue, adjust or stop.
Before & After
How to prepare, and what to expect
This is a prescription programme with a licensed provider behind it, so it starts with an assessment rather than a purchase.
Before you start
- Nothing is prescribed before an in‑person assessment. Come prepared to talk through your medical history properly.
- Bring a written list of every medication and supplement you take, and the doses.
- Tell us about thyroid conditions, pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, diabetes, or a family history of thyroid cancer, and about any eating disorder, past or present.
- Tell us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy.
- Come with questions. If the programme is not appropriate for you, we will tell you and explain why.
Once you are on it
- Change the injection site each week rather than using the same spot.
- Appetite changes and mild nausea are common in the first weeks. Smaller meals, eaten slowly, help more than anything else.
- Keep protein up and keep drinking water. Losing weight quickly without either is how you lose muscle instead of fat.
- Keep your review appointments. Dose decisions are made in person, not over text.
- Contact us before your next dose if you have persistent vomiting, severe abdominal pain, or symptoms that are not settling.
General guidance only, and not a substitute for the medical advice you are given at your assessment. Phoebe’s instructions take precedence over anything on this page.
Questions
Common questions
Am I a candidate?
That can only be answered in person, after a proper assessment. It depends on your health history, current medications, previous attempts and your measurements. Anyone who tells you over the phone that you qualify has not assessed you.
How much weight will I lose?
We cannot tell you, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Response varies widely between individuals, and it depends heavily on what changes alongside the medication. What we can promise is honest tracking and an honest conversation about whether it is working.
What are the side effects?
Nausea, reduced appetite, constipation and fatigue are the common ones, particularly in the first weeks and after a dose change. There are less common but more serious risks, which the provider will go through with you in full before you decide anything.
Do I have to change how I eat?
Yes, and this is not a formality. Adequate protein, hydration and some resistance exercise are what protect muscle while you lose weight. Skipping that part is how people lose weight badly and regain it quickly.
What happens when I stop?
Appetite generally returns, and weight can come back if nothing else has changed. That is a good reason to treat the programme as a window in which to build habits, rather than as the whole plan.
Can I do this without coming in?
No. The assessment is in person and the injections are given here. That is deliberate — it is what makes this a supervised medical programme rather than a subscription.
