Before you come
Arrive with a clean face if you can, and bring a list of any medications and supplements you take. If you are coming about a specific concern, a photograph of yourself from a few years ago is more useful than any reference picture.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to move an appointment. It lets us offer the slot to someone else.

First visit is a consultation
Allow 30 to 45 minutes. We assess, plan and quote. Treatment on the same day is often possible but never assumed.
Nothing is prescribed by phone
Weight-loss injections and any prescription treatment require an in-person medical assessment first. There are no exceptions to this.
