Dermal Fillers in Brooklyn, NY
Volume and definition placed where your face has lost it — cheeks, jawline, nasolabial folds and lips. $399 per area.
What It Does
Structure first, volume second.
Dermal fillers are gels made from hyaluronic acid — a substance your skin already produces. Placed under the skin, they restore the support that thins with age, rather than simply inflating the surface.
Most of what people dislike about filler comes from too much of it in the wrong plane. We assess your face at rest and in movement, treat the structural areas first, and stage larger changes across more than one visit where that gives a better result.
Areas we treat
Cheek filler
Lifts the midface and softens the shadow beneath the eye. Usually the first area we treat, because restoring support here often improves everything below it.
$399 per areaJawline filler
Defines the border between face and neck. Frequently done alongside the chin, since the two read as one line from the side.
$399 per areaNasolabial fold filler
Softens the line from nose to mouth. Often improved indirectly by treating the cheek first rather than filling the fold itself.
$399 per areaLip filler
Hydration, shape and border definition, in proportion to the rest of the face. The most requested treatment here, and the one we stage most carefully.
$399 per areaChin filler
Balances the profile and lengthens a short chin. Small volumes here change the side view more than most people expect.
$399 per areaFiller dissolving
Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme, whether the work was done here or elsewhere. Assessed and priced at consultation.
By consultationFiller is not right for everyone. If a different treatment would serve you better, or if nothing is needed, we will say so at the consultation.

Nasolabial Folds
Nasolabial fold filler
The nasolabial folds are the lines that run from the nose to the corners of the mouth. They deepen as the midface loses support, which is why the cheek is often treated first and the fold left to soften indirectly rather than filled directly.
Where the fold still needs treating on its own, it is placed conservatively and reviewed at two weeks. The aim is a softer line, not a flat face.

Chin
Chin filler
Chin filler balances the profile and lengthens a short chin. Small volumes here change the side view more than most people expect, which is why it is often treated alongside the jawline — the two read as one line from the side.

The Visit
What to expect
Consultation
We look at your face at rest and moving, talk through what is bothering you, and agree a plan and a price. Around 30 minutes.
Treatment
Numbing cream first, then placement. Most single-area treatments take 20 to 30 minutes. You will see a change the same day.
Afterwards
Swelling and small bruises are common for a few days. We review at two weeks and adjust if needed.
Before & After
How to prepare, and what to do after
Follow these and you will bruise less, settle faster and see a truer result. Phoebe goes through all of it with you in person.
Before your visit
- If your doctor is happy for you to pause them, stop aspirin, fish oil and high‑dose vitamin E for about a week. Never stop prescribed blood thinners without asking the doctor who prescribed them.
- Skip alcohol for 24 hours — it is the single biggest cause of avoidable bruising.
- Tell us if you get cold sores. Lip filler can trigger an outbreak and we may suggest treating that first.
- Come with a clean face and no makeup on the area.
- Leave at least two weeks before a wedding, holiday or anything photographed.
After your treatment
- Do not massage, press or rub the area for 24 hours unless we have shown you how.
- Stay upright for four hours and sleep on your back the first night.
- No gym, sauna, steam room or hot yoga for 24 to 48 hours.
- Expect swelling for two to three days, and the possibility of bruising for up to a week. Lips swell the most and look their worst on day two.
- Contact us straight away if you have blanching or whitening of the skin, pain that is getting worse rather than better, or any change in your vision.
General guidance only. The instructions Phoebe gives you at your appointment take precedence over anything on this page.
Questions
Common questions
Will it look obvious?
That depends entirely on how much is placed and where. We treat conservatively and stage larger changes across visits, because it is easy to add more later and difficult to take it away. If you want a dramatic change in one sitting, we are probably not the right practice for you.
How long does it last?
It varies by product, area and person — generally somewhere between several months and around two years. Areas that move a lot, like lips, tend to break the product down faster than structural areas like cheeks.
Does it hurt?
Numbing cream is applied first and most fillers contain a local anaesthetic. Most people describe pressure rather than pain. Lips are the most sensitive area.
What is the downtime?
You can go back to normal activity the same day. Expect some swelling for two to three days and the possibility of bruising for up to a week. We would not book you in the week of a wedding or a big event — leave at least two weeks.
Can it be reversed?
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with an enzyme if there is a problem or if you simply do not like the result. This is one of the reasons we use them.
Who should not have filler?
Filler is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active skin infection in the area, or with certain autoimmune conditions and allergies. We take a full history at the consultation and will tell you if it is not appropriate.
